We have used Strategic Remodeling twice..remodel of master bathroom and our kitchen. Both projects turned out great! We opted to do cabinet reface and replace laminate floor with LV. The projects ran smoothly, little hiccups handled immediately and to our satisfaction. The kitchen looks amazing! We will use them for any future home improvement projects.

We used strategic remodel to renovate our kitchen. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, and high quality of care and execution. They ensured everything was completed to very high standards, and we are so happy with how our kitchen turned out. Joey and Candy were responsive and great to work with.

We appreciated both the excellent workmanship, design skills, and management of our bathroom remodel project. Their project management made every step easy on our end. When a supplier failed to have the bathtub available on time, Strategic Remodel stayed on them every day to get our tub and then secured a discount for us for the delay. They moved the project along efficiently and fully met our expectations. My only minor complaint is that their project management app is clunky. Despite that, we can highly recommend this business for your home remodel project.

Start to finish had a wonderful experience with the Strategic Team. Andy and Candy were awesome, listened to what was important to us about our Master bathroom remodel "Staying on Budget". Contractors were great to work with Plumbers, installation and tiling. The Tile guy "Noel" did an amazing job, beautiful work! This group communicates very well, care about the work done and customer experience. I would recommend Strategic to anyone and would use them again for my next home project.

Strategic remodeled our kitchen and we love it! Everyone was great to work with, from design to install. Our old kitchen had some quirks but they were able to overcome it and make everything look brand new. Great problem solvers and great at what they do! Everyone was very professional and just great people!

Andy and his team were amazing to work with. Everyone was super friendly. We went in not 100% sure what we wanted for a patio in our back yard. Andy listened to what we were wanting and came up with an design that we fell in love with and with in our budget. Great communication from Kris, he kept us informed with all stages of our project. Kris would stop by to make sure everything was going good and see if we had any questions. Both crews that worked on our project were super friendly and respectful. We will be recommending Strategic Remodel to everyone we know. Thank you so very much for helping us enjoy our backyard again.

Strategic Remodel did a fantastic job on my home renovation! I wanted to make use of my unfinished basement and upgrade my home by replacing builder-grade materials with better finishes. The basement now features a wet bar, 2 new bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room/home theater for watching movies. Upstairs, they replaced the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tiled a new kitchen backsplash, and installed a custom tile shower in the master bath. New carpet and tile flooring throughout the house tied everything together. The design team they worked with was fantastic. After asking only a few questions to understand my style, they quickly recommended materials that looked cohesive and worked beautifully together. Construction was completed in a reasonable amount of time and finished slightly ahead of schedule. The crew and their subs were respectful, cleaned up daily, and took great care to minimize dust and protect the existing parts of the house. They worked with me to ensure my cats were safe throughout the construction process. Communication was excellent, and the Buildertrend app made it easy to stay updated. We stayed on budget, and I was not burdened with excessive change orders. Anytime an issue came up, they worked with me to find an acceptable solution. One of the things I appreciated most was Andy, the owner. He was the first person I spoke to and stayed involved throughout the project. He wasn’t just a figurehead. I knew I could reach out to him directly at any time, and he was always available and helpful. I’m thrilled with the results and would absolutely recommend Strategic Remodel for any size project, big or small.

In selecting a contractor we focused on quality craftsmanship and, since we weren't going to be present during much of the work, we needed to know we could trust the staff and sub-contractors. Strategic Remodel checked all the boxes. Vendors were excellent to work with and we never had any concerns with work being done in our home while we were away. This was our first home renovation project, so we were pleased with the open communication and guidance from start to finish. Staff contacted us multiple times to ensure work was done to our preferences. Cost estimates were accurate and the work was completed on deadline. We are very happy with the results and would definitely use Strategic Remodel again. We would recommend them to anyone considering major home renovations.

This was our second project with Strategic Remodel and went big this time with a home addition. Our deck had been in terrible shape since we moved in 12 years ago. We finally decided, instead of a new deck, to add a room to be used as an office and to have a new patio poured in the backyard. We are thrilled with how everything turned out!
